At Mac Needs, we care about quality and your peace of mind. That’s why all our devices come with a 6-month limited hardware warranty, plus a 7-day return policy for added confidence.
✅ 6-Month Warranty – What’s Covered
We cover hardware defects that affect normal device performance, including:
- Logic board or CPU failure
- GPU/display issues (not caused by impact)
- Charging or power-related failures
- Internal SSD or hard drive failure
- Audio jack, speakers, or internal ports malfunction
❌ What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Physical or accidental damage (drops, water, cracked screen)
- Battery wear and tear over time
- Software issues, viruses, or OS corruption
- Chargers, cables, and accessories
- Issues caused by third-party repairs or tampering
⚠️ Warranty is void if the device is opened or serviced by anyone other than Mac Needs.
🔁 Returns – 7-Day Policy
You may return your item within 7 days if:
- It arrives damaged
- It does not match the description
- It has a serious hardware fault on delivery
To be eligible:
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- All packaging and accessories must be included
- You must contact us before returning
📦 Courier costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.
🛠️ What Happens Next?
If your device qualifies under warranty:
- We will repair it free of charge, or
- Replace it with a similar model, or
- Refund you if repair/replacement is not possible
Turnaround time: 7–14 working days
